Plot

Amazing expose of how kids communicate feelings, needs & meanings silently together. I been learning that since early '70s after totally ignorant of meanings of posture, body language & gestures & face expressions. This book has dozens of unique photos from video taping of childrens' silent expressions & explains them in context of communicating simple messages, even if kids weren't aware of it in present. Many Children are more aware & spontaneous with face & hand movements than us repressed adults who've learned to obey & use manners hiding real deep feelings, instincts, emotions, fears & needs now. You may have your interpretations of what motions & posture means in a situation, or ignore them. But this is the pioneer book, maybe to only one to show & tell what kids feel & mean in the present communication dynamics, if they are free to express openly now! Tragically most civilized children are too tense, nervous or scared to express needs & feelings NOW, so others can see & understand them more spontaneously. I wonder if the indigo/star children are more expressive & aware of body language signals than others children & many adults?
