In 1996, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers put in place a summer pilot project to support it's members who had children with special needs. Today, the Special Needs Project is a year - round program. It is considered a model for ways to reduce the financial, emotional and physical stresses on working parents of children with disabilities. Moving Mountains takes an in-depth look at the project and pays tribute to a group of very special, courageous families.
