A sequel to Art of War I, Neil Shaw (Wesley Snipes) is back to make the world, more specifically the United States, safe from bad guys. As the title suggests, there is a lot of betrayal in this movie and without giving up the full plot, the film starts with our hero having to come out of hiding to go to the funeral of his martial arts master. At the funeral he meets his master's previously unknown daughter Heather (Athena Karkanis). No longer in hiding he agrees to help a friend and actor Garret (Lochlyn Munro) who is apparently isn't content with just acting, he's going to run for a Senate seat. Unfortunately for Garret, he's got the slight problem of a blackmailer and needs Shaw's help in dealing with it. In the course of this investigation, characters from the previous Art of War movie show up, get killed, and force Agent Shaw to try and solve the various crimes and remove himself and his friends from harms way.
