Christmas is an important holiday for young Billy Lenz (Cainan Wiebe). He was born during Christmas and he watched his father’s (Peter Wilds) murder at Christmas. He was locked away in the attic by his alcoholic mother (Karin Konoval) at Christmas. He killed his mother and stepfather (Howard Siegel) and viciously attacked his half-sister Agnes (Christina Crivici) on Christmas. Now a resident of a lunatic asylum, the adult Billy (Robert Mann) tries to escape on Christmas Eve every year so he can be home for the holiday. This year is no exception. A big problem is that the family home is now a sorority house where Kelli Presely (Katie Cassidy), her boyfriend Kyle Autry (Oliver Hudson), her sorority sisters and their house mother Mrs. Mac (Andrea Martin) are preparing to celebrate the season. Another problem is that this year Billy succeeds in escaping. However, he isn’t the only homicidal visitor to drop by the old home place on Christmas Eve. Agnes (Dean Friss) also makes it home and the pair make it a Christmas to remember, or perhaps a family reunion impossible to forget.
