The Hulk is based on a young boy who's father was a military scientist who tested genetic modification on himself that later transferred into his son. The son is abandoned in a way that leaves him on his own. The movie begins with the son as a young adult working at a student working with gamma radiation and nanobot technology. In a freak accident, the son experiences a hit of gamma radiation that activates his inherent Hulk powers. Within the movie, the man has a relationship with a young woman who is the only one that can calm him down. As the movie progresses, the woman's father- a military general-finds out about the man's powers and therefore captures him. In the mist of all this capture and clamor, the man's father ends up reappearing seeking to harness the hulk powers for himself. The movie revolves mainly around the struggle between the general, son's father, and the son himself as the hulk powers are either the fear or the desire.
