In The Mix

"In the Mix" is a mobster movie, with a romantic twist. Darrel (Usher) is hired to protect Dolly (Emanuelle Chiriqi) a don's daughter, who he had been friends with in the past. It had been several years since Darrel and Dolly last saw eachother and now things are heating up, only to find numerous blocks along the way. Darrel gets caught in the middle of the mob's business when someone tries to seige the family business, whatever way they can. During this, the pair have to face the hardships of being an inter-racial couple. Violence is punctuated by brief comical one-liners, a dog with humorous digestion issues, and the underlying story of love.
