Plot

When Will Hunter quits Colonel Quantrill's raiders, he rides West to Montana Territory seeking a quieter life in Virginia City's goldfields. Hunter's violent past haunts him as he builds a new, respectable life and he is soon drawn into the intrigue and lawlessness of the frontier. As a member of Virginia City's vigilantes, Hunter helps bring law and order to the territory but the peace he desires alludes him until he reconciles with his past.
