Grizzled North Dakota rancher Stoney heads to the big city to see his daughter and winds up bonding with the grandson he never knew in this heartwarming tale. Stoney's city-bred grandson, Charles, tricks him into getting help for a serious health issue. But with the aid of his rancher pal, Stoney escapes the hospital with Charles in tow.
