The boy who wasn't supposed to grow up -- Peter Pan -- did just that, becoming a soulless corporate lawyer whose workaholism could cost him his wife and kids, in this family-oriented fantasy from director Steven Spielberg. But a trip to see Granny Wendy in London, where the vengeful Capt. Hook kidnaps Peter's kids and forces Peter to return to Neverland, could lead to a chance at redemption.

LaserDisc Picture:
This is a reference quality presentation throughout. Feast your eyes on the magnificent images transferred to video with perfection by Lou Levinson at an aspect ratio of 2.35:1. The transfer’s color balance and sharpness are at the highest level of achievement in the digital video process. There is not a trace of annoying noise artifacts.
LaserDisc Soundtrack:
The digital stereo Dolby Surround® encoded soundtrack on this disc is truly phenomenal. Sound for the production was recorded at the Sony Pictures Studios. Shawn Murphy mixed the soaring and dramatically contrasted music score by John Williams. The recording is one of the best, if not the best, I have ever heard off a LaserDisc. It is the equal of the finest compact disc recordings with extended bass, extreme clarity and excellent dynamic range.
