Plot

BRITISH PAPERBACK; reprints the 1973 Berkley paperback. In the 1970's heroic fantasy and sword & sorcery was being cranked out tirelessly by paperback publishers; much of it an attempt to ride on the coattails of the success of the "Conan" series. This novel is one of the more readable attempts: A young galactic athlete is a survivor of a starship crash, and he must battle his way through monsters and magicians to rescue his beautiful finacee!
