You'll Like My Mother

Director Lamont Johnson's 1972 thriller stars Patty Duke, Rosemary Murphy, Richard Thomas and Sian Barbara Allen. The pregnant widow whose husband was killed in Vietnam, decides to visit his mother in law, who lives in Minnesota. She had never seen the parents of the husband. But her husband often said to her, «You'll like my mother!». Parents did not approve of the choice of the son, and were unhappy with his marriage with a girl from a poor family. The girl arrived in the estate of wealthy mother, soon realizes that she is not happy to see her and her future grandchild.
