Infinity Gauntlet

Thanos has all six infinity gems and the unlimited power that comes with them. Although Mephisto had previous warned the Silver Surfer, the devil now stands at the side of Thanos, claiming alliegance. By the time the Surfer warns Dr. Strange of what is happening, it is too late: Thanos fulfills his promise to the lady Death, and kills half of all sentient life throughout existence with a snap of his fingers.
