Batgirl, Vol. 1

A simple game of rooftop tag with Spoiler turns serious when Batgirl sees a group of well-armed mercenaries making a move. Putting Spoiler out with a nerve strike, she springs into action. After the fight, she runs into Batman, who congratulates her for her victory over Lady Shiva... but refuses to let her assist in Bruce Wayne's troubles.

After speaking with Oracle, Cassie is even more concerned when she finds that Oracle isn't completely convinced of Batman's innocence. Determined to prove to Oracle that Bruce Wayne wasn't responsible for Vesper Fairchild's death, Cassie heads to the cemetary to do the unthinkable. And an altercation with Spoiler provides the inspiration that leads to the first definitive clue that Bruce was framed.
