Batman: War on Crime

Batman is patrolling the Bayside area when he comes across an all too familiar scene: a gunmen has shot and killed the parents of a child who witnessed the robbery in question. Batman catches the gunman, but the child is still lost and in pain. When Randall Winters brings a business proposal to Bruce Wayne that will drive the good people out of the neighbourhood, Batman decides it's time to fight crime in the streets and at its sources in both of his personas.
