Catwoman, Vol. 2

Before leaving Manhattan, Catwoman *must* steal a Green Cat Gem on loan from the Bruce Wayne Collection. It's a trick; the gem melts away to reveal a communication through which Oracle invites Catwoman to a meeting in Gotham. Using a boat as a diversion, and with some help from a decoy, Catwoman sneaks past SEAL teams and the Coast Guard and makes it to the meeting. There, Batman tells her he needs a thief to steal computer discs... from Manhattan! He gives her the location of a steam tunnel he believes is unblocked and tells her to return in seventy two hours or it won't matter. But someone IS in that tunnel, and they don't want company. And one of them is a nut, willing to set off an explosion to kill an intruder!
