Catwoman starts by blowing up Lex's supply yard, making the property she stole worth so much more. Then Penguin reveals his deal and tries to capture her - but she has anticipated him and blows up HIS place of business as well. Realizing she's a loose Cannon, Lex makes her Mercy's only assignment. Next, Catwoman contacts Batman, and asks him to ask Deadman to come to Gotham. Next, she creates mayhem for Lexcorp: sabotage, forged work orders, theft. Finally, she arranges a meeting with Lex. To get her to stop bothering him, all he has to do is ask. And say please. He reluctantly does, and she agrees. He's furious with Mercy, whose pride has taken a beating. And that was the plan! Understanding she had no chance against Mercy physically, Catwoman resolved to get her another way, and did. Finally, she sends her henchmen Al and Lewis off with passports and money. And for Mookie, who she realizes has been dead since he crewed with the Joker and just didn't realize it... there's Deadman, who will help him get where he needs to go.
