Featuring dozens of fully animated real-time 3D characters, Redguard lets you interact with everyone you meet on the populated island of Stros M'Kai. Using the third-person perspective, Redguard's camera system allows for dynamic panning of the action. You play Cyrus, a Redguard mercenary, who returns to the province of his birth in search of his lost sister. You will encounter swashbuckling pirates, shady political figures, and all sorts of colorful people and creatures around every turn. Every inch of the game world has been meticulously crafted by a veteran development team. Most of the island is free for you to explore. You experience the game areas as you discover them, and the nonlinear story evolves at the pace of your play. Your adventures will have you escaping from deadly traps, jumping across dizzying chasms, discovering Dwarven ruins, swinging across ropes, and best of all... swordfighting! No swashbuckling adventure would be complete without the duels that made them famous.
