Bats

“Bats” is a film about a horrible accident in a government research lab. Research into making bats more intelligent also results in them becoming more vicious and omnivorous. When the bats escape they flock to Gallup, Texas where they begin attacking people. Sheriff Emmett Kimsey (Lou Diamond Phillips) knows something is not right and brings in a bat specialist Sheila Casper (Dina Meyer) is brought in with her assistant Jimmy Sands (Leon) who now believe they have the answer to the problem. Now they have to bring the bats under control before the military show up and in classic military fashion make matters worse.
