Ola is an Uber driver witnesses a woman falling from an overpass. The police rule it a suicide but Ola is not convinced. She enlists the help of Ultraviolet, a collective of hackers, web mavens, and amateur detectives to solve the case.

A tech billionaire is found dead in a lake, having been boiled alive. The police need help getting into the dead man's smart house and calls Ola and Ultraviolet for help. Piast reveals himself to the rest of the collective while helping UV acces Alicjia, the smart house's "brain".
