24 (In): Season 1

Jai Singh Rathod abandons his wife's birthday celebration to go to the ATU (Anti Terrorism Unit) headquarters for an urgent briefing. This angers the wife and daughter who thinks that he cares more about the job than them. He in the mean time learns that there is a plot to assassinate the youthful Prime Minister Designate who is supposed to be sworn in tomorrow. The candidate and his family seems to resembles a prominent political family in the land (India). Apparently his father was assassinated whilst in office. Mean while we learn that the assassin hired to do the job is flying in from Thailand and we get to see him fly in to do the job. In another story line, Rathod's daughter has sneaked out in the middle of the night to attend a party. The wife gets very worried and asks for Rathod's help. He uses 'methods' to hack into his daughter's mail account and find out where she is. The wife goes out to search for the daughter with another parent whose daughter accompanied Rathod's daughter. The two girls get into trouble with some bad elements they meet in the party.

Jai's plans to find his daughter are sidetracked when he gets a call from RAW agent Wasim Khan (Anupam Kher), who is being stalked by assassins connected with the Aditya Singhania hit. Wasim meets another agent, Sahil, who is subsequently killed. Mehr (Nikkitasha Marwaha) passes the ID card of a dead (prime ministerial) photographer to Yakub (Ankur Vikal) . Kiran realizes that she and Jhanvi Gupta (Aradhana Jagota) may be in danger, while Trisha and Abhay Gupta (Ajinkya Deo) search for them. As Jai and Wasim escape from the assassins, Wasim is gunned down, but manages to throw his SD Card to Jai, which contains information about a mole within ATU.

The files on Wasim's SD card finger Nikita Rai as a dirty agent. Kiran and Jhanvi try to escape from their captors while Trisha and Abhay continue their search.

Jai follows a lead from Wasim's card. At ATU, Nina Myers and Jia decide to go against Gill's orders and help Jai. Kiran is handed off to Yakub's men while Jhanvi is taken to the hospital.

Kiran and Rohit are taken to Yakub's compound on the outskirts of the city. Jai finds an unidentified body connected to Yakub in the trunk of a car. Abhay and Trisha wait in the hospital as Jhanvi undergoes surgery.

Jai and Trisha are briefly reunited at the hospital, where Jai warns the doctors not to let anyone near Jhanvi. Yakub contacts Jai and tells him that he has kidnapped Kiran. Jai must follow Yakub's orders if he wants to ever see his daughter again. Trisha leaves the hospital with Abhay to continue searching for Kiran. Aditya discovers that his entire family has been keeping secrets from him, but he needs them if he is to come clean before Mehek breaks the story herself. After Jai helps identify the body from the car, Nikita calls Trisha to tell her that the cadaver is the real Abhay Gupta.

Mihir decodes the information of the plastic surgeons from the card. Naina accuses Prithvi of leaking the St. Stephen's story to Mehek. Further, Yakub asks Jai to replace the pre-existing SD card.

Nikita Rai and Tejpal Singh (Adhir Bhatt) realize that Jia is the mole inside ATU and is communicating with Yakub. Using instructions and equipment from Yakub, Jai gets in to see Aditya's appearance at Steel Corporation of India. Jai soon realizes that the terrorists plan to frame him for the assassination.

Jai is arrested as the assassin. He tells Farooqui that Aditya's life is still in danger, but Farooqui ignores his plea. Further, Jai enters an abandoned construction site and takes refuge there.

Tej learns of a financial transaction that took place between Tarun and Yakub. Jai asks Nikita to fix an appointment with Tarun Khosla. Meanwhile, Abhilasha Grewal replaces Jai as the new ATU chief.

Naina learns about Megha Singhania's involvement in Mehek Ahuja's story. Tej tells Nikita that they won't be able to help Jai in Abhilasha's presence. Jai confronts Tarun about Trisha and Kiran

Jai makes it into Yakub's camp and enlists Rohit's help to secure for a vehicle in which to escape. Yakub quickly finds out when Karthik is found unconscious and chaos ensues. Jai manages to escape the compound with his family and Rohit until they are surrounded by Yakub's men. Continuing their escape on foot, Trisha and Kiran make their way to the rendezvous point while Jai and Rohit hold off Yakub and his men. Rohit is wounded but manages to escape with Jai. Aditya and Prithvi think that Mehek Ahuja's death may not be an accident but a well planned murder executed by Naina (Aditya's mom).

After the car explosion, Trisha and Kiran are separated from Jai and Rohit. Abhilasha tells Nikita and Tejpal to interrogate Jia's mother about the 20 lakhs transferred to her account.

Karthik Chandrasekharan, having escaped the compound is killed by Bala,the second assassin from Colombo. Jai returns to ATU, but is not authorized to see his family. Tejpal refuses to tell Abhilasha Grewal and Sood what he knows about Jai's activities. Nikita escorts Kiran and Trisha to a hospital, but comes across evidence that they may still be targets. Aditya discovers a link between himself and Jai, and decides to take matters into his own hands - demanding to see Jai personally to confront him about the day's events.

Jai gets shocked when Aditya asks him, why he wants to kill him. But Jai tells him that he was trying to protect him, at the Union Leader's meeting.

After seeing photos of all the assassins, Pooja discover that Bala is one of the assassins. Trisha and Kiran are attacked in the safehouse. Divya and Pradhan discuss about the security in the rally.

Kiran kills Max and rescues Trisha from the Jeep. Meanwhile, at the Singhania hotel, the technicians wire Bala's room with fiber optic cameras and Jai briefs Pooja on her role in catching Bala.

Jai poses as Bala and goes to meet a contact who has vital information. However, a ATU agent with a grudge against Jai might risk the success of the mission. ATU agent Siddharth meets Trisha and Kiran at the accident spot.

Gill learns that Trisha and Kiran are safe and are on their way to ATU. Meanwhile, Jai and the other agents try to control the crowd at Eden Park and get information about the dead MSEB worker.

Jai discovers a top secret detention center houses someone from his past. Trisha faints at ATU .Veer finds himself in jail. Raja and his soldiers raid the detention center.

As Raja and the soldiers enter the detention facility, Jai and Murad escape along with the prisoners. Nikita and Mihir discover some shocking information and send it to Jai.

Aditya comes to learn that Vikrant is involved in his assassination attempt. Mihir and Nikita learn that Veer has been captured. Bala is given to Raja by Gill and Tejpal.

Jai delivers a cell phone that is unknowingly rigged to explode to Aditya. Veer manages to escape. Vikrant is shot by Divya.

While Aditya tears his resignation letter, Jai manages to track down the assassin. Will Jai be able to kill him?
