Also, Gov. Sam Evans threatens to sue Ohio for putting President Dalton on the election ballot, and Stevie has an interesting first day as Russell's new intern.
When the Secretary of State makes a trade visit to Africa, her party hits competition and technical difficulties. Meanwhile, her husband meets an old adversary.

Enrico Colantoni guest stars.
Elizabeth enlists the help of a Hollywood starlet to free victims of human traffickers in Kyrgyzstan. Henry's finds the bomb he's been looking for when his undercover agent brings it to a local mall but uncovers an even deadlier plot.
When warring factions threatened global relief efforts in Somalia, Elizabeth considers asking a notorious Russian arms dealer for help. Henry is taken off the VFF doomsday cult case.
Jay is kidnapped in France while hunting for a suspect in a CIA arms smuggling case. Henry suspects the VFF is planning an attack in Israel. Jason dupes his parents into buying him an expensive calculator which he uses to impress a girl.
The Secretary and her team must help save an American journalist held hostage in Sudan.
During the G20 conference, Elizabeth worries about Henry, who was sent to Israel to intercept the VFF's bio-weapon. Blake reveals a secret to former colleagues. Elizabeth goes behind Stevie's back to get her off the Harvard Law waiting list.
Elizabeth heads to Brussels to seek NATO's aid in stopping Russia when the Russians threaten to invade Bulgaria. France's refusal may bring an end to the alliance. Henry's assignment on Russia causes him to turn to his former protege, Dmitri Petrov.
