Amadeus

Constanze Mozart visits aged composer Antonio Salieri, who tells his story. In 1781, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart arrives in Vienna.

Salieri continues his confession to Constanze. In 1782, the Mozarts have a baby and Amadeus composes a mass.

Grief-stricken, the Mozarts are barely communicating with each other, whilst Salieri is promoted and assumes more power to pull the strings against Amadeus' success.

Deciding to finally seal Amadeus' fate, Salieri shuts down Mozart's opera, pursuing him to a cheap vaudeville playhouse he is now forced to work in and setting him up for failure.

Having finally uncovered the truth, Constanze conducts her timeless revenge, ensuring Mozart is always remembered, and that Salieri is never forgotten.
