Max Hooper (Dean Cain) can steal anything, anytime, anywhere using sophisticated surveillance, cutting-edge electronics, and extreme intelligence. His latest assignment is to snatch a priceless computer chip for a multimillion-dollar payoff, but even the best laid plans can get suddenly sidetracked.
