The Saint: Season 4

Oscar Newley has perfected a new fuel injection system for his racing car and approaches Simon for financial backing.

Brian Quell's abducted by a gang led by a man named Jones shortly after meeting the Saint in a Paris nightclub.

Steve Nelson's an up-and-coming boxer, but his girlfriend approaches Simon because she's afraid of his next opponent; a fighter known as the Masked Angel, who killed a man in a fight. Although there was no evidence of foul play, Templar's suspicious of the Angel's manager, the more-so after a man who had offered to spy on him is found dead and Templar's shot at.

Neither CI Teal nor Simon Templar are impressed by a smug private eye who boasts his security system's impregnable. He's a record of solving so many jewel thefts which have eluded the police. Then Templar meets a woman, who tells him she believes he engineered the thefts in order to return the jewels for their reward.

The Saint's invited to the wedding of his very rich friend, Waldo Oddington to a woman young enough to be his daughter. Waldo's invited his 3 ex-wives and his nephew, George McGeorge. When Waldo's murdered, he's found to have been heavily insured. Templar must find out who stood to gain by his death?

Adventurer Miles Hallin goes into partnership with Nigel Perry, who is a friend of Templar's and whose father recently died. Following the death of a man suspected of blackmailing Hallin, Simon believes that Hallin killed Nigel's father, and that Nigel could be next. Hallin and Nigel set out for Wales, with Templar in pursuit to prove or disprove Hallin's guilt, and to make sure that no harm comes to Nigel.

The crooked Abdul Graner has stolen a priceless diamond from the Louvre and is now awaiting an expert to come to his villa in the Canary Islands to cut the diamond for him. Unbeknown to Graner this is the Saint, working for the police.

On the French Riviera, the Saint rescues Dona Luisa Arroya and her young companion, Consuela from 2 robbers. Dona Luisa and her brother-in-law tell Simon they're part of a once-influential family,who now live in exile, from their home of Santa Cruz. They've come to sell her jewelry to raise money for a return to power. So much is made of the jewels that Templar's suspicious why they want to involve him in their scheme.

In a pub in Cornwall, the Saint meets 3 men, each of whom owns a third of a map which allegedly shows the whereabouts of sunken treasure in the West Indies. He joins their party to discover whether the treasure is a myth or reality. On arriving at the supposed location, he quickly realises there's a deadly rivalry among the men.
