Follow teenage half-god/half-mortal Hercules and his friends, Iolaus and Jason, as they learn about life, love and friendship on their action-packed adventures and watch as they encounter Hercules' not-so-loving Olympian family and the consequences of such encounters. Zeus has placed a protection order on his son Hercules so any god who kills him is doomed to spend an eternity in the abyss of Tartarus. Ares, god of war is angry that Zeus favours Hercules, so he sends his bumbling nephew Strife to trick Hercules into stealing a chalice belonging to Hera in hopes that Zeus' protection order won't extend to such an act.
Hercules and his friends have survived stealing Hera's Chalice. Ares' lackey Strife frames Hercules' best friend Iolaus for theft.
Zeus protection order has been lifted so long as Hera's chalice is not in its rightful place. Ares takes the opportunity to try and kill Hercules.
The gang Iolaus used to run with breaks into the academy to steal tuition money. It is up to Hercules and the cadets to save the day.
While on their way to find a new cook Hercules, Jason, and Iolaus discover Amazons who have been sold into slavery are below deck. They free the Amazons and takeover the ship.
Hercules, Iolaus, and Jason find themselves staying after class to chores as punishment. Hercules and Jason have to cover for Iolaus so he does not miss his first day of work.
Hercules, Jason, and Iolaus volunteer to look after Kora's restaurant when she is called away by Artemis, goddess of the hunt.
In an effort to beat Jason Hercules has his half-brother Hephaestus make him unbeatable weaponry. The new weapons are not without their downsides.
Hercules meets up with the Amazons again and invite them back to the academy. Trouble naturally ensues.
Failing to gain the interest of women Hephaestus builds a woman out of metal. The woman falls in love with Hercules instead of Hephaestus.
Strife and Hercules' half-sister Discord stir up war between old enemies; the Amazons and the centaurs, led by Chiron. Hercules has to choose between his teacher and his crush.
Hercules has to step onto the battlefield in order to stop the Amazons and the centaurs from fighting a war fuelled by lies told by Discord and Strife.
Hercules, tired of being called boring calls on the fire of Hephaestus' forge to change him. His friends must save him before the fire destroys him.
While trying to distract Lilith from the planning of her surprise party she and Hercules get trapped in a cave in. Ares takes this golden opportunity to try yet again to get rid of Hercules.
Ares tries to kill Hercules directly and is put on trial on Mount Olympus by some of the other gods.
Hercules, Jason and Iolaus rescue a drowning man who falls from the sky. The man has amnesia so the boys try to help him discover his true identity.
Hercules discovers two other sons of Zeus; Castor and Pollux. In his zeal to get to know his newly found brothers Hercules forgets his true friends.
In an attempt to destroy Corinth, Discord and Strife disguise themselves and bring Jason a 'gift'. The 'gift' is a baby monster that Iolaus comes to love. It soon becomes clear that the monster is dangerous.
Hercules and his friends must defeat the Bacchae, the vampire-like followers of the god Bacchus while also keeping Lilith from becoming one after she's bitten.
Hercules runs into his friends Orpheus and Eurydice, who he helped free from Bacchus. Eurydice discovers that in return for freeing her Orpheus has to recruit more Bacchae.
Eurydice promises to wed Bacchus if he will leave her friends alone. Hercules tries to stop her.
Hercules and Jason travel to the Underworld to plead with Hades not to send Eurydice to Tartarus.
The boys discover that Ruff, the baby monster is full grown and being used as a sideshow by a freak show owner. They devise a plan to free him that unsurprisingly goes South very quickly.
Hercules meets yet another son of Zeus, Lucius who informs him that he is hunting for Pollux who is to be put to the death for the murder of Castor.
Hercules tries to convince the goddess of retribution, Nemesis that she should not kill a mortal simply because Hera told her to. Hera naturally does not take the disobedience very well.
Feeling overwhelmed with his impending role as king, Jason goes to a small village and pretends to be a travelling farm hand. He leads the villagers to face down a warlord who has been terrorising them.
Lucius goes about trying to destroy everyone Hercules cares about in a twisted effort to win the affections of Zeus.
Morpheus, god of dreams kidnaps the cadets and sends them into the dream world. To save them Hercules must face down his worst nightmare.
Kora's sister comes to town and soon wows everyone with her good-time attitude. In an attempt to emulate her sister and win everyone's affections Kora gets into big trouble.
One of Strife's cronies steals Artemis' golden bow. Hercules and Kora, who is revealed to be a servant of Artemis try to retrieve the bow.
Hercules takes his friends home to celebrate the festival of Persephone. He is furious to find that staying there is a travelling farmhand who his mother seems to have fallen in love with.
Hercules, Jason and Lilith try desperately to help the less than academically inclined Iolaus study their final exam. If Iolaus fails he will be sent back to prison.
Ares sends Discord and Strife to stop Jason, Hercules, and Iolaus from negotiating a peace treaty. As a result they arrive to see war officially declared. The boys come across a farmhand who looks like Ares and they train him to act like the god in an effort to convince the warring factions to agree to peace.
The cadets eagerly try to carry out the tradition of pulling pranks on seniors by trying to get Jason. Hercules discovers a plot to kill Jason and tries to get his friends to believe him and assist him in time to save Jason's life.
Lilith pretends to be Jason's wife so he does not have to marry a princess sent by her father as a coronation present.
A Golden Hind, the greatest prize a hunter can kill is spotted. However, anyone who kills her will be struck down by Artemis. Hercules must stop his friends from killing the Hind.
Hercules and Jason clash over how to deal with a monster terrorising the people of Corinth.
Hercules happens upon a mysterious eye that shows him snapshots of the future. The owners of the eye curse Iolaus and Jason in an effort to get the eye back.
A new cadet named Pythagoras claims there is no scientific evidence to support the existence of the gods. Strife uses increasingly dangerous and deadly methods to get Pythagoras to admit to the existence of the gods.
Iolaus tries to impress his uncle, a master hunter by killing the Golden Hind. In revenge for his attempts at killing her favourite creature, Artemis curses him.
Hercules' clash with the new instructor Theseus leads to them battling it out in a chariot race. The two competitors end up treading into the deadly 'Forbidden Zone' where people go in but don't come out.
The legendary Chronus Stone will give any god who possess it ultimate power. However the stone is in pieces and Zeus has made it so that gods can only possess a piece when it is freely given by a mortal. This leads Ares to enter a talent contest in which one of the prizes is the last piece of the stone he needs.
Some of the cadets enter the Dune Sea that is known for having deadly sand sharks. Five cadets enter and only four make it out alive.
Iolaus opts not to invite his parents to the academy's Parents' Day because he believes that they will only be disappointed in him. Instead he hires actors to play them. The situation is complicated when his real parents show up.
In yet another attempt to kill Hercules, Ares kidnaps Chiron in hopes that Hercules will trade his own life for that of his beloved mentor.
The Amazons attack the academy with deadly weapons forged by Hephaestus. Hercules must discover why and fix the problem before the academy is destroyed.
Hercules meets an Amazon named Mila who is in search of her father. A series of dreams have led to believe her father is a god, in reality Ares is trying to kill Hercules again.
Hercules tells his half-brother Apollo that he does not have real friends, just people who do what he says out of fear. Apollo attacks the academy in vengeance for this perceived slight.
The Amazon queen, Cyane is brought to Hercules so she can try to communicate to him who is trying to kill her.
Hercules, Iolaus and Theseus are unwittingly sent hunting in Hera's Valley. They are protected from the dangerous monster that guards the valley by a mysterious old man.
