18 year-old Larisssa's kidnapping catches the eye of Vicky Reisinger and Max Tauber, who find out she took a boy named Flavio. As Max is later demoted for fighting a journalist, a psychologically exhausted Semir Gerkhan joins the search.

As Semir confronts Vicky about her past, convicted murderer Ramin flees from prison with a nurse in tow, later revealed as his fiancee. As if wanting to undo her past, Vicky exonerates the innocent man - unaware of the fatal consequences.

A diesel engineer's plight is assumed to be fueled by a vendetta against his boss, an electrification advocate; the tensions, however, stem from a prolonged family feud. Dana finds out about Vicky's ex, while someone else finds Semir.

The dead body of an architect is found after a massive pileup. As Vicky probes three special crash victims to find the killer, Semir realizes he was followed by a man from Istanbul - and that his mother is in serious danger.

After Jette, a high school graduate, is found drowned in a car, all signs point to her stepfather, with whom she was having an affair. Vicky is also approached by an unsettling, familiar face; Kramer reprimands Semir for keeping secrets.

A Dortmund crime unit attempts to murder the main witness in an on-duty racism investigation; Vicky and Marc intervene, the latter doubting his past convictions and connections to them. Semir and Max fight, in the meantime, over Dana.

Kilos of cocaine found in a deceased young pilot's car lead Semir and Vicky to a flight school for professional aviators, one that has many secrets to hide. Vicky hears back from Internal Affairs, and is disheartened by the results.

While Marc finds a second chance at the LKA, it becomes alleged that he has kidnapped a young woman, Maja. Things get complicated when Vicky and Semir encounter the woman's boyfriend in the former's apartment.

An arms dealer retaliates violently against two thieves. Roman Kramer, believing his son to be among the duo, wants to prevent the worst with the help of Semir and Vicky, as he suspects the criminal plans to enact his own means of justice.

After a serious accident from fatigue, Vicky receives terrible news of her health. At the hospital she's treated in, a string of sudden cardiac arrests sparks the young detective into investigating the nursing staff.

Vicky is in need of a new kidney, and Marc, who is undercover for the LKA, is the donor-to-be. While Semir and his partner are searching for their friend, the BKA suddenly plan to convict the veteran cop. Max starts to regret his choices.

A vengeful quest by Vicky throws her into an unknowingly grave danger, thrusting the remnants of the Autobahn Police into a no-holds-barred rescue mission. Semir, meanwhile, is swept into more than just moral conflict regarding his career.
