Return Of Frank James, The

Frank James (Henry Fonda) learns that Bob (John Carradine) and Charlie Ford (Charles Tannen) have killed his brother, Jesse James. He had hoped that they would be arrested and charged, but the two are pardoned, and that means that Frank is on the case, with revenge on his mind. He sets out to find his brother's killers, with Clem (Jackie Cooper), the son of a member of the James gang. As troubles arise, they begin to tell people that Frank James is also dead, and that they saw it happen. Soon, reporter Eleanor Stone (Gene Tierney) hears of the story, and decides to interview Frank, who is going by the name Ben Woodson to cover his story. They both feel attractions to one another, but Eleanor soon learns Frank's true identity.
