When Mutants Clash - Cyclops has managed to escape Magneto's trap, but now he needs the help of the other X-Men to halt Magneto's plan. Before he can free them, he is spotted by Toad and Quicksilver, and is forced to defend himself against the assault of the meteoric former Avenger. (Continued in Avengers, Vol. 1 #53.)And the Mob Cried... Vengeance - Bobby Drake is ready to face the authorities for attacking a man in self defense. Knowing that a mob is right outside and waiting to lynch him, Cyclops tries to break him out of prison. Those actions are misinterpreted by virtually everybody.
