Reed awakens a fair distance from the teleportation site, to find he's not the man he used to be. Ben is found in Mexico City, and Johnny is found in France. They've all undergone some sort of transformation. Reed's body is now as fluid as water. Johnny is able to burst safely into flame. Ben is now a massive, rocky individual. Sue has disappeared into thin air, as far as those in the Baxter Building can tell, though a former colleague knows where she is. Nobody seems to care about what happened to Victor at all.
