"Murder On Parole" - A man gets an early parole from prison, only to learn there's a price tag attached. A crooked member of the parole board is looking to recruit for his own criminal activities.
"The Clock Maker" - A crazy old clockmaker hates time wasters, and builds clocks designed to murder them at midnight. His next target: Bruce Wayne.
"The Secret of the Iron Jungle" - Batman and Robin hear about some shady activity in the iron jungle, and head over to check it out.
"Suicide Beat" - Fancy Dan doesn't like police crowding his territory. With the help of a crooked politician or two, he murders them. One officer volunteers for the beat that killed his father, and Batman and Robin step in to help him work it.
