The Soldier disguises himself as a Nazi officer, who specializes in the delivery of slave labor for the German war effort, to infiltrate a German munitions site which is developing warheads that will deliver deadly Zyklon-B gas in their attacks on London.
He is nearly discovered by Werner Von Sturm, the Nazi counterpart to the Unknown Soldier. The Soldier eludes Sturm and with the aid of one of the plant's slave laborers, he destroys the munitions plant and Von Sturm as well. he assumes Von Sturm's identity for his next mission...
