Stopping at a circus, Luke's powers allow him to save the life of an aerialist. What he doesn't know is this is Luigi Gambonno, of the deadly Circus of Crime! He also finds Claire Temple - and learns she is married to Bill Foster, aka Goliath! A fight starts, and the Ringmaster ends it, by enspelling both men with his tricky hypnotic hat!
