Hal stops by in Star City to pay his old pal Green Arrow a visit. He spots a young punk roughing up an older man, and intervenes, not realizing that the punk was acting out of frustration at his unethical landlord. Despite the orders from his Guardians, he teams up with Green Arrow to put a stop to things.
