Ghost Rider, Vol. 2 (1990-1998)

In the aftermath of the battle at the Firm headquarters, federal agents are shifting through the rubble searching for answers. What they find is Scarecrow. It seems the Firm had been keeping him locked up in hopes of using his fear powers for their own ends. Now the fear is free, but not for long, if Ghost Rider has anything to say about it. However, it is not Ghost Rider who puts an end to Scarecrowâs rampage.
