Plot

Suspicions blaze out of control....
When fires in the San Juan Islands threaten the natural landscape, Abby is determined to find their source. Could they be the result of arson? As the pasta of destruction grows, the flames put many in grave danger, and a sweet-scented clue, a suspicious team of firefighters and a dramatic rescue only make Abby more intent on finding out who is responsible. Meanwhile, the fires lead to a massive disaster preparedness campaign on Sparrow Island, and the upcoming lavender festival might just hold the most important secret of all. As danger closes in, Abby’s quest for the truth teaches everyone that beauty can rise out of the ashes and lead to wonderful new life.
