The Great Gotham Switcheroo!

The army approaches Will Magnus. "Batman" needs help defending Gotham City from "Felix Faust" and "Catwoman". This is a hideous misunderstanding: Agamemno has switched the minds of villains and heroes, so that Penguin is in charge of Batman's body, while Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance are operating Felix Faust and Catwoman, respectively. The Metal Men are dupes, and help the villainous bird against his heroic foes. Escaping with a bit of Faust's magic and an improvised arrow, they disable the tank formed of the Metal Men, an act that knocks Will Magnus cold! "Catwoman" and "Felix Faust" return to the museum where they find a spell. When the robots return (having guessed the ploy), the spell turns them all human! Platinum thinks she might finally have a chance with Will Magnus as a human woman, but she's mistaken: he still sees the Metal Men as robots. To combat the "villains" they program the spell into Magnus' machinery and turn back into robots. They take up the chase again, but the "villains" manage to escape using another spell to turn an advertisement into the greatest trick arrow ever. And what odd transformation has struck the Penguin inside Batman's body? And will Platinum ever win Will Magnus' love? It seems not...
