With the aid of millions of brainwashed citizens, Spectra has seized control of the city. While responding to the crisis, the G-Force team is crippled in a surprise attack and find themselves split-up. Jason and Princess must face a horde of mindless citizens, as well of hundreds of Spectra soldiers, while Tiny races to fix the Phoenix, disabled, at the bottom of the sea. Meanwhile Mark and Keyop find themselves the prisoners of Zoltar, their fate in the hands of a madman.
