Japan’s top creators from production house Madhouse presents a new, hard-boiled style of science fiction animation. This hard-edged anime follows the adventures of underground boxer Ichise, whose arm and leg are cut off by gangsters, the ruling elite in the underground world of Lukuss. Texhnolyze, a cybernetic technology which replaces human limbs with artifical ones, is usually reserved for the gangster elite, but may become available to Ichise.
