Robin Hood

Robin Hood (Russell Crowe) is an expert archer who was employed in the army for King Richards until the king's death. After that, Robin Hood travels to Nottingham in hopes of helping the town recover from the corruption it is currently experiencing, thanks to the Sheriff of Nottingham (Matthew Macfadyen). Once there, Robin Hood meets Maid Marion (Cate Blanchett), who he immediately falls for. Marion, however, is unsure about Robin Hood's motivations and intentions, and does not welcome his advances. With a desire to impress Marion, Robin Hood puts together a band of friends, who work to exact justice by robbing the upper class citizens around them.
