The Legend of Butch and Sundance

Two of America's best known outlaws set out to seek their fortunes at the turn of the Century in this recent version of the classic western. This film represents the "true" story of Butch Cassidy (David Clayton Rogers) and the Sundance Kid (Ryan Browning). In a wild country, these two young, gun-slinging strangers become friends, then outlaws and historical legends whose days are ultimately numbered. Robbing the wealthy railroads and stealing their money, the "Wild Bunch" were known as outlaws who rode free. The film also stars Rachelle Lefevre as Etta Place and Michael Biehn as Mike Cassidy and is based on historical references.
