Captain Murphy (Daniel Baldwin) loses several of his men during one of their missions in Mexico when they were supposed to retrieve an American politician who had been bothered by nightmares and depression. Murphy is told that he must return to that country to help the citizens who are enslaved by a wealthy drug runner named Salvatore (Joe Lala). Murphy has to fly a new, highly advanced airplane to get to Mexico. The plan has a luxury security feature known as active stealth. The captain and the men get on the plane, with Hollywood (Paul Michael Robinson) piloting. Hollywood wants to become an actor. Salvatore then sends his own henchmen to block Murphy and the others.
