Technically, the issue is an unnumbered one-shot, labeled "Vol. 1. 1976". It contains material that had been prepared a year earlier for the cancelled, non-special UWoSF. Issue dedicated to Stanley Weinbaum, the original author of "A Martian Odyssey".
