Plot

In this moving conclusion to the Faith on the Home Front series, Owen Slaughter returns from the battlefields of Europe to Eden, Mississippi, to keep a promise made to the dying Charlie Coltrain. Charlie's sister, Willie, is overjoyed that Owen is alive but heartsick that his amnesia means that he doesn't remember her—or the love they shared. When Owen decides to leave Eden to rediscover his past, Willie must put her future in the hands of a loving, all-knowing God.
