Plot

In the midst of danger, romance, and international politics, Matthew, Sabina, and their son, Tad McCullum, return to united Germany to participate in a conference on spreading the gospel in the postCold War era. The country has experienced many changes and new freedoms. Yet powerful men still plot ways to oppress and gain control. Unexpected encounters bring them face-to-face with the KGB and the remaining links of the Network of the Roseencounters that land them in the middle of an attempted coup to seize control of Eastern Europe. What they experience and learn from both old and new acquaintances will have a profound impact on the lives of all three. As the secret of the rose is passed on to a new generation.
