Jonah: God of the Second Chance

Plot

Follow the story of Jonah, the prophet, who was told by God to go to Ninevah, but instead went in the opposite direction. However, God loved him too much to let him get away with this and arranged a series of events that brought him to heel. Although we may fail God and avoid what he asks of us. He is loving and merciful and always gives us a second chance. This study of Jonah focuses on a man whose life in many way was a failure, but the lessons we learn from his attitudes and actions will help us to fail less.
