The first English language compilation of traditional Chinese methods of injury management and first aid in what is referred to in China as "Hit Medicine". A primer for the practitioner, and a guide for the lay person, with chapter introducing the theory and step-by-step instructions. Much of the book's content is derived from teachers of Kung-fu and from the experience of the author as he worked and studied in hospitals in Shanghai.
