This book is an account of Moses Guibbory's book, The Bible in the Hands of Its Creators (Blue Book). Horowitz here recounts how he came to know Guibbory and became part of the group responsible for publishing the Blook Book. It is stranger than fiction. The drama contained within this book is considerable.
In the mid-twenties, Guibbory announced that he was teh Messiah, and some people started to believe him after he predicted an earthquake. He gave arguments for these claims in a huge commentary on the Scriptures, in which he demonstrated that all prophets had predicted his own coming to this world. The book, The Bible in the Hands of its Creators, was dictated to his dsiciple and secretary David Horowitz. After finishing the work, Guibbory anointed Horowitz as the "Messiah, Son of David."
Horowitz became a well known diplomat who manged to secure the recognition of Israel as an independent state from several countries in 1948. Later, heworked for the UN.
