Tape 5: Patient Education with Special Populations

Plot

Each videotape consists of a series of topically related scenarios that target the more difficult concepts in the Medical Assisting curriculum. Some scenarios are incorporated into the Hunt: Saunders Fundamentals of Medical Assisting, and Potter: Medical Office Administration texts at the end of each chapter, with a short description of the scenario and some follow-up questions. Each video starts with a brief introduction, then the scenarios play out. The instructor has the opportunity to stop the video after viewing the scenario to generate class discussion.
