Babs and Buster's date is off because of her grandmother's visit. Calamity tries to be Arnold's junior lifeguard as best he can, with Elmyra getting in the way. Hamton is flying a kite at the beach when a moth sticks with the kite.
The Tiny Toons are on a field trip to see people at work. Pete Puma accidentally sets the school on fire, Plucky, Buster and Hamton try to put out the fire. Babs isn't impress with the art at the museum. She is hit and fells into a dream.
Buster and Babs discover that Dizzy Devil can't read because he's too hooked on watching TV. A robot student named CLIDE joins Acme Looniversity. Buster, Plucky and Hamton become intoxicated after finding an unopened bottle of beer.
Hamton's parents go out of town and Plucky throws a party at his house.
Babs, Plucky and Buster visit the mall to get toys for Hamton's Birthday. Montana Max is left with nothing but his imagination and a paddle ball after destroying his toys. Furrball plays with Mary Melody's hair ribbon all over town.
Elmyra wishes her Barbette doll would come to life. She gets her wish which regrets afterwards. Furrball goes after Li'l Sneezer, who is going to a Boy Scout Camp. Babs makes sure Plucky gets humiliating photos to teach him a lesson.
Babs and Buster are sick and decide to watch TV instead of host the show. Many short parodies including Rocky and Bullwinkle, Fruit Loop cereal, Lassie, Hollywood Squares, Rosanne, The Cosby Show, and more.
Fed up with mediocre scripts, Buster and Babs burrow their way to Amblin Entertainment, and have a heart-to-heart with Steven Spielberg. Feeling for their plight, Steven gives the two a script written by three 8th graders, called 'Buster and Babs go Hawaiian.' The two take to the project immediately-that is, until Buster realizes part of the script takes place on an airplane (his contract stipulates he won't do plane scenes). Needless to say, Buster's pleas to the writers go unheeded, and the show goes on.
Substitute teacher Henny Youngman makes corny jokes between 3 cartoons: "Stand Up and Deliver" where Babs tries Stand Up Comedy. "The Potty Years" where Plucky gets potty trained. "Lame Joke" where Buster kills a joke.
The Love Disconnection game show with 2 cartoons. First, Monty is forced to take Elmyra on a date. Then, Babs, Fifi, and Shirley the Loon want to go to meet some grown up boys at a dance, but things don't go as planned.
'Kon Ducki' is Plucky Duck's adaptation of a literary work, telling how one duck dared to prove to the Explorer's Club that ducks did not fly to Salinas to migrate, but actually sailed by boat. With the bet that he can reach Salinas in 21 days, Captain Pluck and his intrepid crew set out to prove his theory. Also included is a 'making of' special, wherein Plucky recounts the journey to bring his vision to the screen.
In order to free himself from Elmyra's painful games, Montana Max must write a screenplay for a former cartoon star whose fame is faded through time due to the popularity of the new "not-so-cute" cartoons.
Mr. Duff announces his invention, an environmentally friendly fuel. Elmyra thinks she's going on a TV show. An industrial boss, Arthur Jabba is determined to protect his business from the new fuel and sends his thugs to kidnap Duff.
On a dare from Buster, Babs travels to New York City to try and land a role on the new hit teen drama "thirteensomething". However, Babs finds that fame and fortune isn't all it's cracked up to be.
Buster and Babs go to new classes for the semester. Wex Wuthor (Montana Max) attacks the heroes and Batduck (Plucky) stops him. Buster and Babs go on a picnic with the other toons, when Dizzy shows up and spoils it.
Babs and Buster are chased by two foxes. Plucky plans revenge on Hamton after he destroyed his bagpipes. But the matter is settled with an apology. Rhoda Queen, a new neighbor arrives. Elmyra wants to befriend her.
Buster and Calamity show a time machine to observe the toons' early lives. Dizzy falls in love with a cyclone, thinking she's another Tasmanian Devil. Closet monster Oogie tries to put a scare on Li'l Sneezer, after failing with Hamton.
