Plot

Papa Paus tells Eric he will no longer be able to woodcarve carousel horses in his shop because he can no longer rent from Mr. Grumph. But when they save Elsa Grumph after she falls through thin ice on the lake, Mr. Grumph changes his mind. Eric and Elsa are able to go to the city and see Papa Paus' horses put on the merry-go-round and then ride them.
